- Package #1 - Homes up to 2,000 square feet with up to 30 photos $125.00
- Package #2 - Homes 2,001 to 3,000 square feet with up to 50 photos $150.00
- Homes greater than 3,001 square feet - Contact us.
- Aerial Photos $75 for package of 5 high resolution photos.
- Aerial Photos can be added to a Package for an additional $25.00.
- Note: Aerial Photos subject to FAA Flight Restrictions.
- Community amenities such as lobby, pool, gym/spa, beach access, club house and other amenities, up to 8 photos add $30.00
- All packages include a set of photos optimized for internet use and a set for print materials.
- Photo Property Tours are available with Realtor branding and expanded information about the client's home. The photo property tour can be ordered starting for an additional $25.00.
